Smytten App review |Online beauty products and cosmetics platform

This is a non paid, non promotional review of an app for cosmetics shopping online. My two most favourite apps Nykaa and Purplle have a new competition, Smytten🤩🤩

This new online shopping portal gives us trials of 6 beauty products like creams, fragrances, soaps and on every purchase order, we get 6 trials more. We have to bear the shipping cost. Also, shipping does not get cancelled even if you are ordering trials with a product purchased. I searched a lot for the coupon codes and didn’t find any.

Anyways, gave a shot to a trial of 6 sample products and spent 169/- rs, out of 169/-, 128/- rs got credited back to my wallet which could be used for my next order. I ordered 3 ital veloce body mist, 1 escape perfume and 2 soaps.

Delivery and Packaging: I am based in Pune and i ordered on 31/1/2020 and i got the delivery on 4th feb. Packaging was good, all products were wrapped in bubble wrap placed in a standard cardboard box.

I liked the products and browsed for my favourite face serum, St Botanica’s Argan and rosehip oil serum. Ordered on 2/02/2020 and received on 6th, this time the packaging was not from Smytten but directly from St. Botanica it seems.

My favorite brands available on smytten are ital veloce body mists/ perfumes, st botanica, bvlgari, Calvin Klein, biotique, and so many.

Loved a trial perfume sample and looked for it to order, surprise, i got buy -one-get-one free offer on the perfume.

The Perfume is good but i wonder why, not as good as the sample perfume 😉

Will i buy again?? Maybe, if i get better deals😃

Pros: 1) Good pricing and deals.

2) 6 sample trials, i would love to try out a sample, It makes absolute sense to get a sample of an unreturnable product and then invest your hard earned money in it. Especially true for perfumes.

Cons: Not a lot of variety like nykaa or purplle, but it is quite new so let’s give it some more time. Not many coupon codes available.

I liked their try.buy.try line too.

Have you used or are planning to order from Smytten too??? Let me know. Meanwhile, you can use the referral code below.

How To Lose Weight Eating Like Marie Antoinette

Ohh How i love eating cakes !! It’s My birthday today and a very Happy birthday to me 😉

The Inkblotters

marie2 Kirsten Dunst indulges in the sweet life of Marie Antoinette.

You may recall Marie Antoinette from your history class as being the Queen of France who was beheaded during the French Revolution, or you may know her best for Sofia Coppola’s exaggerated interpretation of the late Queen’s life in her 2006 film headlined by Kirsten Dunst as the titular role of Marie Antoinette. Often, when you think of the last Queen of France you imagine her opulent gowns, pompous wigs, and tables upon tables of colourful desserts. This was a queen who lives for excess, and yet, she was capable of maintaining a very slim waist 58cm (23in), for the majority of her life. Despite being known for devouring cakes and hot chocolate for breakfast. So how exactly did she achieve this sort of sorcery?

Salt

Such an informative post. I try to use rock salt most of the time but not always. Have you ever thought/discussed/read about salt? Comment below and let me know 🙂

SwamiAyurved

Hello all,

Today’s post is on salt. Salt is an important ingredient of almost everything that we eat. Ayurveda understood it’s importance way back and has explained various types of salt along with its qualities.

But before that, let’s understand the salt we are eating today .

The free flowing ,super white sodium chloride fortified with iodine that we consume today is a chemically synthesized product( in some cases is a byproduct that is sold as edible salt).

We have come to believe that salt means sodium chloride (NaCl) and anything mixed with it is an “impurity”. Other minerals naturally available in common salt are labelled as impurities. These so called impurities are what makes the natural salt healthier. Because of the presence of other vital minerals the sodium content of the naturally available salt is automatically low.

Naturally occuring salt is hygroscopic – meaning it will get soggy with…

Licious Meat and Seafood (Pune) review

Review Time for a Meat and Seafood delivery service this time. Review for Licious serving in Pune.

Licious is the name my friends. Licious app and Licious website

We started using the licious service since last two months. They provide chicken, mutton and sea food. This service is new here in this part of Pune. Available in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Noida, Faridabad and Delhi as well.

So many times it happens that we are in a mood for non-veg delicacies but we don’t have the time or mood to venture out and get these cuts (especially in this Monsoon season).

And if you are having guests at your place, there’s already so much to do……Well here is an app!!!! Along with all types of chicken, mutton and Sea-food, Licious is providing Kebabs, ready-to-cook starters of chicken, fish and even prawns (which can be prepared in your-choice-of-healthy-oil) and some very delicious spreads.

So let’s start:

What they Claim:

My question no. 1: How is the chicken better than other vendors? The chicken is devoid of antibiotics and growth promoting hormones . 2. Is the Meat Halal? Yes. Licious meat is Halal certified. 3. How does Licious maintain the meat’s freshness? From procurement to delivery, we have a stringent and robust cold chain in place, which holds our products between 1⁰-4⁰ Celsius. This ensures that the meat is always fresh till it reaches you. So their FAQ section is quiet good. Please check it out.

Maggi Magic Cubes Review

I love Spices !! Different kinds, of different origins.

Spices play the most major role in the art of cooking. Be it Soups, or curries or non vegetarian gravy, Spices can make it or break it.

What if you have something as versatile as a maggi magic cube!! Well then you are sorted. (I strictly use it sparingly nowadays)

This is an Updated Review of Maggi Magic Cubes, the Last one I wrote was 5 yrs back and this is what my current experience is.

My Experience is a mixed one of both Positive and Negative sides.

What it claims:

With MAGGI Magic Cubes, you can cook the smart way while adding that mouth-watering flavor to your meals. That’s not all; as you crumble a MAGGI Magic cube into your dish, your curries, biryani and even non-vegetarian dishes turn rich and delicious in no time.

Available in two exciting flavors – Vegetarian Masala and Chicken. It is time for you to don the Chef’s hat at home
